Your Facebook group may contain thousands of people who chose to join your community. Your events may contain another valuable audience who expressed interest in what you do.
But when you open GoHighLevel (GHL), most of those people are missing. Their names, social identities, membership answers, and available profile information are still sitting inside Facebook.
Facebook Group + Event Import for GoHighLevel turns that audience into usable GHL contacts and keeps watching for new arrivals while you sleep.
14-day trial, then $10/month.*
Stored-contact usage of only $0.20 per GB applies throughout.
Connect a Facebook group or event you can access. The app imports existing members or attendees, adds or updates them in GoHighLevel, and continues watching for new arrivals.
Available information can include name, social ID, join information, group role, group membership-question answers, and supported public profile details such as an introduction, location, time zone, gender, telephone number, and other social handles.
Only information available to the logged-in user is imported, and not every profile exposes every field.
Manual contact export remains available alongside automatic GoHighLevel synchronization.
The Marketplace app imports up to 5,000 group members and 1,000 event attendees per month. Watched groups, watched events, and contacts are unlimited at the subscription level; the monthly allowances control import throughput.
Older members or attendees are imported first. If a monthly allowance is reached, Social Attaché saves its exact place and pauses safely. The import continues from where it stopped when the blocking limit clears.
You can wait for the monthly reset or add Gr8social Facebook Groups & Events from the GoHighLevel Marketplace for up to 10,000 group members and event attendees with no monthly limit.
This focused app imports and synchronizes contacts. It does not add user-controlled tagging, GoHighLevel workflow configuration, friend requests, welcome DMs, or broader social CRM actions.
Broader plans add those controls. Your contacts and watched sources carry forward.

Yes, when those answers are available to the logged-in user. This can include an email address, phone number, or other information the member typed in response to your questions.
Not necessarily. If a person supplied a phone number or email address in a group membership answer that is available to you, the app can import that answer. It can also import phone or other profile information that is publicly visible.
Yes. The app saves its progress and resumes from the same place when capacity becomes available.
No. Facebook limits group member import to 10,000 members per group. That cap is separate from the monthly import allowance.

No. You never provide your social passwords to Social Attaché.
One Social Attaché app or extension must be available for social actions to run. If none is available, the system picks up where it left off when one becomes available again.
