More Than a Name and Profile Link
Imports can include the available name, social ID, join information, group role and membership-question answers. Supported public profile details may include an introduction, location, time zone, gender, telephone number and other social handles.
Only information available to the logged-in user is imported. Missing details are never inferred, and not every Facebook profile exposes every field.
What Happens at the Monthly Limit?
Older members or attendees are imported first. If the monthly group-member or event-attendee allowance is reached, Social Attaché saves its exact place, pauses safely, and creates a system Task showing what was imported, what remains, and the exact reset date.
You can wait for the monthly reset or use another available capacity option. The import automatically continues from where it stopped when every blocking limit clears.
Manual export remains available alongside automatic GHL contact synchronization. Stored-contact usage is $0.2000 per GB.
